even indian companies find indians costly overseas...tap the local talent, or get people from poorer nations...
this means that offshoring cud even happen to these countries and not to india if indian companies have offices there...and besides that, indians now will have ever decreasing opportunities to go abroad and earn some dollars which is the prime motivation for most software professionals in working in a software organization.
